Refunds are agreed with you via WhatsApp and completed in cash or by bank transfer within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Defective or wrong items can be exchanged — message us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as possible and we'll review your case and arrange a replacement. Opened products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
