Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Product unavailability or discontinued items
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Restrictions on orders to certain geographic areas
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email when your order ships.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you for instructions.
💳 Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected by the delivery driver in cash upon handover.
Payment Security
No payment information is collected online — you pay the courier in cash on delivery. There is nothing to store, nothing to leak.
Payment Due
Payment is made on delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders the full amount is paid to the driver when your order arrives. No card details are collected at checkout.
Taxes & Fees
Your full order total is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Important: Your order total is confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. You pay the courier in cash on delivery — no card details are collected at checkout.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods
Standard discreet delivery to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE — typically within 1–5 days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Return Policy
Return requests are reviewed individually against our hygiene policy. For hygiene and safety, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned — contact us about damaged, incorrect, or unused items. Approved returns must be:
- In original, unopened condition with all seals intact
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from damage or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
- Lubricants and personal-care products once the seal is broken
- Items returned without their original sealed packaging
Refund Process
Refunds are agreed with you via WhatsApp before pickup and completed in cash or by bank transfer, as you prefer, within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdultToysUAE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the product or service
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdultToysUAE harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Engaging in fraudulent transactions or abusing our return/refund policies.

🤝 Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably.
Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Arab Emirates, conducted in English or Arabic.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any disputes.
📋 Severability & Entire Agreement
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AdultToysUAE regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
