Orders placed before 2 PM UAE time are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Most customers receive their parcel within 1–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally? +
No — we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Orders must include a valid UAE address and phone number.
Can I change my delivery address? +
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email and we will update it for you.
What if my package is damaged? +
Inspect the parcel in front of the courier if possible. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
