When will my order ship? +
Confirmation comes first: every order is checked on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number and it enters the dispatch queue straight away — a confirmed order placed before 2 PM UAE time goes out the same business day, and later ones go out the next business day. If we have to reach you first, dispatch is arranged only after we have confirmed the details with you. You will usually have the parcel in 1–5 business days.
How can I get my order dispatched faster? +
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you have ordered. Orders you confirm yourself go into the dispatch queue immediately; when our team has to contact you first, dispatch waits until that confirmation is done.
Do you ship internationally? +
No — we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Orders must include a valid UAE address and WhatsApp number.
Can I change my delivery address? +
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email and we will update it for you.
What if my package is damaged? +
Inspect the parcel in front of the courier if possible. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is the packaging really discreet? +
Yes. Every parcel leaves in a plain, unbranded box or bag with only the delivery label. There is no store name, product description, or logo visible on the outside.
