Two water-based gels, both safe with every material we sell
Every toy in the store — the liquid silicone and TPE dildos, the silicone masturbator sleeves, the rabbits and the cock rings — carries the same instruction: a water-based lubricant is the one to use, and a silicone-based formula can break the material down. Both lubricants here meet that rule. A plain water-soluble gel comes in a 60 ml flip-top tube, built for a straightforward glide. The Hot Sensation Lubricant is 50 ml, and it warms on contact, with hyaluronic acid named as its key ingredient on the product sheet.
Choosing between them comes down to one question: whether you want the gel to do anything beyond lubricate. The 60 ml tube is the dependable option — it rinses with warm water alone, the flip-top cap opens and clicks shut one-handed, and no separate lid has to be set down mid-use. The warming gel costs less per bottle and is the smaller of the two, so it suits someone who wants the extra sensation rather than the larger volume. Neither is a better product; they are two answers to different questions.
Cleanup is the same for both: warm water rinses them off, leaving no greasy film on skin, on a toy, or on the sheets. Keep either bottle out of direct sun, since heat changes how a gel behaves. On the packaging, the 60 ml tube and its box do not print their own measurements and no full ingredient list is given, so the dimension we quote is the volume stated for the product. We describe only what the packaging actually states rather than filling the gaps — the same rule we apply to every material we are unsure about elsewhere in the store.
Common questions
Is a water-based lubricant the right choice for my toy?
Yes for every toy we sell. Silicone, TPE, glass and metal are all fine with a water-based gel, whereas a silicone-based lubricant can break down silicone and TPE over time. That is why this is the formulation named on our dildo, masturbator, rabbit and cock ring pages alike.
How much should I use, and when do I add more?
Start with a small amount and top it up as it dries. A water-soluble gel thins out during use rather than staying slick the whole way through, so re-applying is normal — not a sign the tube is running low.
How do I clean it off?
Warm water is enough. It rinses off skin and toys with no oily film to scrub away, which is the practical difference from a silicone-based lubricant.
